PROFESSIONAL STAFF
KRISTEN HARRISON, USPTA, PTR, Owner of Placement Tennis and Head Professional. For 29 years, Kristen has made a career providing quality tennis instruction and running innovative tennis programming for youth and adults in southeast Michigan. Kristen earned her B.A. in Commercial Recreation and minor in Business Administration and M.A. in Recreation and Park Administration at Central Michigan University that equipped her to pursue her goal of operating tennis programs that share her love of the game with others. Kristen has worked at Livonia YMCA, Farmington Tennis Club, Bloomfield Open Hunt, served as a lead pro at Birmingham Racquet Club for 7 years and for the last 8 years has been working as a lead, and only full-time female pro at The Beverly Hills Club. Since the advent, Kristen has embraced the new USTA 10-under tennis program and instructs youth using these methods. This past October, Kristen has completed all tests and examinations and qualified for PTR Certification of Professional-Junior Development. This is Kristen's 8th year providing comprehensive community tennis program for the City of Berkley and surrounding communities.
WILL BUTLER, is an Assistant pro and resides in Royal Oak. 
Will attended Shrine High School where he played four years on the varsity team. He had the honor of playing number one singles for the Knights all four years. During both his junior and senior year he had the opportunity to compete at States where he worked hard to reach the finals both years. This is Will's third year with Placement Tennis. Will teaches both junior and adult classes. Will also administers the in-house leagues and assists with USTA matches, during the two USTA junior tournaments Will assists the director of the tournament. Will, this Spring will be a graduate of University of Michigan. CONGRATULATIONS!
KATE FARWELL, is an Assistant pro and is a Berkley native. 
Kate played on Berkley girls varsity tennis team for four years. Kate just graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Business and played on Kalamazoo's women's tennis team. Kate teaches both junior and adult classes. Kate administers all seven of the USTA teams Berkley houses during the summer. Berkley hosts two USTA junior tournaments and Kate holds the position of Director. When Kate isn't teaching she is competing on Berkley women's USTA 4.0 team. This is Kate's third year with Placement Tennis.
ALLAN ZAMIEROWSKI, is an assistant pro. 
Allan resides in Royal Oak. While in high school Allan played number two singles for Royal Oak High both his junior and senior year. This is Allan's second year with Placement Tennis. He teaches both junior and adult classes. Allan attends Kalamazoo College where he is in his second year.
